They helped me with anything I asked with a smile and kindness that you Jason and Amber, bought of you help me with the path of the trip and Amber - you never know when one is kind to you what to do and why.... The cooling bag you gave me literally saved my medications because it was double bag it kept it cool so much that the frozen bottle's where still frozen. It saved me because I choose really bad hotel after you guys and the worse thing no where was a frizer just a thiny one which can't do the job... I am forever grateful !!!!

The location is amazing. Little shops and food across the street. Donna the Inn keeper bakes Fresh muffins daily catering to all different dietary needs all staff is very friendly. It’s always clean and if you ever have a question they’re there to answer. I would recommend this to anyone who goes to Sedona.

Neighborhood was nice and not far from the strip (20 min drive). The house is big enough for a party of 6-7, has a lot of amenities. Pool was great size and the yard is big.

Unfortunately, the pictures make the property look much nicer than it is. The property is unkempt, not very clean, looks run down and not at all as it's portrayed in the pictures. Outdoor furniture looked very worn and dirty. Not enough towels, and no pool towels. Broken handles in bathrooms, broken game room equipment. Kitchen dirty and dishwasher not working and stinky. Furniture and amenities look worn out, like it hasn't been updated in years. Hot tub didn't heat the water, and we couldn't get an answer from the owner how to turn it on, even after asking repeatedly.

One area of river access was nice.

Toilet in room was too small. Was really no living room and the WI FI was horrible! Other access to river was all rock and no pathway to get to the river. You had to prop the pool door open otherwise you couldn’t exit the pool area. They charged us another hundred dollars for our dogs and I thought we paid everything on booking.com. That was not mentioned as an additional fee.

The hotel was in a great location, within a 5-minute walk to the beach. We could hear the surf from the hotel. We would have preferred a king-sized bed, however, there did not appear to be any available during booking. The room smelled really fresh when we walked in, which is always nice! Due to our extended stay, I was able to change the linens myself. Continental breakfast was good. They replenished the food up until it was time to break down. I don't eat meat but they had scrambled and boiled eggs, bagels, muffins, bread, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal and pancakes. My mate had plenty of meat options!

It was hard to figure out the TV, however, it wasn't a priority. We weren't in the room until nightfall. I didn't like that the cleaning cart was left right outside the door. I don't know where else they could be placed, however. Our room was at the far end of the hotel and there was only one very small elevator. Luckily it was only 2 levels, so we took the stairs a lot!
