  The Kimpton Hotel experience is uniformly very good, and the Kimpton Hotel Monaco was no exception. The staff in particular made this experience exceptional as our room was ready and they allowed us to check in early. The location of the hotel and view of Independence Hall from the room itself all made for a great experience.

  It would be ideal not to have to pay additional for water in the room. It is, however, available in the lobby.

  The hotel was decent and clean the casino was horrible I had black people coming up and asking me for money and being bugaboos and it was just many people sitting around not even playing games where you could have sit down and it was kind of trashy looking you couldn't get any drinks nothing

  This is a small, vintage hotel. No frills AT ALL. What it is, though, is quiet, clean, comfortable, friendly, free secure parking, and walking distance to anything you might want to see or do in the French Quarter, with a fantastic price tag.

  I didn’t like that most of the keypads on the doors weren’t working. I got stuck on the back patio because of it. I also got stuck in the elevator with my friends which was VERY. Traumatizing. It was not handled properly either
