The mattresses were comfortable, we slept well, it was quiet. I loved the bed sheets, they look lovely. The lady at the reception was very nice. The breakfast was delicious, even my picky husband liked it a lot. He seldom eats eggs at the hotels, but he liked them at the Roosevelt Inn. The location is super convenient when visiting Mount Rushmore. We arrived later than we wanted, but after checking in, we still drove up to the memorial to see the heads lit at 10 pm. We were almost alone at this place, and we loved being there without a crowd of people.

I didn’t like much about the property because the only thing I can say was good is that there was parking.

I live in Vegas and I think that $150 for an old full of bugs, loud AC, not remodeled for years room does not worth this amount of money. but a side of that, I just wanna say it was so dirty. There was not even bags in the trash cans and the bathroom were so dirty, I could not make myself use them and there were hairs on the towels. Another thing I want to mention is the service because the day after when I came to check out there was a lady at the reception that was so reluctant to answer my questions when I ask about breakfast and made a face when she told me that she can bring me a piece of fruit or a pastry or a cup of coffee from the back. Bottom line the whole staying wasn’t good.

2 of the 3 nights our neighbors were loud at all hours of the day and night. The front desk did nothing to correct the issue. The room was said to have a private patio. The patio was not private and was basically on the sidewalk by the parking lot.
