Comfortable stay more or less near Crater Lake, which was still almost an hour and a half drive (not 45 minutes as we were told), but a much better option for a family than some of the tiny rooms and cabins nearer to the National Park. We had two different reservations for three nights, the renovated room was very modern, as good as any modern, city hotel. Much better than the older, unrenovated room, which actually had two bedrooms, felt more like a cabin in the woods, but was just a little too dated. The manager was wonderful, very helpful with the rooms, providing information about the area and restaurants, and just generally someone nice to talk to and generous with her time.

We had two different reservations for three nights. We were supposed to get two nights in the newer, renovated room, but didn’t get to see it, so we stayed the first two nights in an older room, which, granted, had more space, but it was just too dated for my wife’s taste. It felt like an old school cabin, for those who might like that sort of thing.

A few minor things like the toilet paper holder were broken so there was no toilet paper was on it or in the bathroom. But I travel with my own anyway. Crack in the sink in another bathroom and a couple of other things that could be fixed but it was very nice.

The property has staffs that are unprofessional and has no clue about customer service or how businesses are ran. I was lockout of my room after the first night due to a pet deposit after I had been staying there and then on top of it, he was trying to charge me twice without my knowledge. I pray the real owner cleans house.
