The staff was very friendly and polite. I honestly enjoyed the interaction with the on-site staff. They were honest and helpful. The check in was quick and smooth The bed was comfortable and had no signs of bed bugs. A/C worked well No odd smells. The area around the motel felt OK, not great not bad. Many places to eat very close by. $150.00 deposit for a non smoking room was returned in a timely manner.

The lobby had no public restroom. And I needed one after the drive there. During the check in I was surprised with a $150.00 deposit requirement for the non smoking room I requested. The staff told me there was a deposit for a non-Smoking room but not for smoking rooms The pictures of the room on the websites showed the room with a refrigerator and a microwave, when we checked in there was a sign at the front desk informing of a $1,000.00 fine for cooking in rooms, once we got to the room there was no refrigerator or microwave as shown in pictures. There were stains on the bed sheets and blankets. Stains on the furniture. Only 1 partial roll of toilet paper in the restroom. Shower head was filthy. Some of the countertops had residue on them of unknown origin. Stains on the furniture. Black around the shower controls Damage to the floor covering. The area around the motel felt OK, NOT BAD, but not great either. After staying here I spoke with a friend who is a full time first responder in the city, and suggested rooms in this area of Dickson are more affordable, but not the greatest place to stay. For an inexpensive crash pad it works but not a place to stay with the family.

The location off of the interstate, was fairly convenient. This is why we chose this place, on our long drive.

So dirty, so gross, so musty, and with multiple areas of visible mold, encompassing LARGE areas of the ceiling especially. The furniture was so dirty, greasy, and worn. We asked to be moved from the first room because a huge portion of the ceiling had broken and dropped down; it was hanging, and so black with that mold. The second room was better, but still dirty, musty, and with LARGE portions of the ceiling covered in that obvious mold. We left without showering because the tub/shower and mold speckled ceiling were so disgusting. If we had not payed in advance, we would have run right back out of the front door. So gross!

The breakfast very good. I nice variety of choices, but we did notice that some people were able to order what they want even though the items were not out for consumption. It would have been nice to know we could order other items if we wanted to.

We were charge for our pet service animal after I called and asked before our arrival. I was told there was no charge.
