      the location was convenient as it was right next to August Hall (went for a concert), room was a decent size. the view was actually pretty decent for the price, i loved that u could open the windows. the staff were polite, a lil cold but not rude. u get what u pay for.

      my main gripe was price gouging, that the same room the next weekend was $200 cheaper. still not exactly sure why? also it was run down, not as clean as i’d prefer even for an older hotel. the area is shady but it’s san francisco so once again, u get what u pay for.
