      I inadvertently requested an accessible room (wheel-in shower) and the front desk was accommodated us with a regular room, even though we booked through a third party. Our room was basically a suite.

      Honestly, nothing. Reception desk also played loud music which was not soothing, but obviously the liking of the clerk on duty.

      When we arrived both elevators were down. When you looked inside the elevators they were in dire need of renovation with chipped areas and dirty. The whole hotel needed renovation badly. We were given a mobile accessible room which is not what we ordered. Tiles chipped and room needing renovation. The whole property felt deteriorated and dirty. We will never stay in this brand hotel again. We travel extensively and won't ever book this brand. Advise others to stay away!!!!!

      Breakfast was good. The lady that took care of the breakfast area was wonderful!! Friendly and courteous .

      Chair in room needs to be replaced. Had to place a pillow on it to sit. Some rugs within the hotel are badly woren.
