Great location to airport, walking distance to restaurants, nice pool, clean and comfortable beds, easy to arrange shuttle to the airport, shuttle runs 24hrs (third party shuttle), lobby was nice, staff were friendly-ish

Couldn’t contact the hotel to organise the shuttle to collect me from the airport, damp musty smell in the room and hallways smell like weed, trash bags in the hallways, rooms are rundown with stained furniture and rusted fixtures in the bathroom.

The beds were comfortable with an ocean view. It was nice to have coffee in the room and a refrigerator.

The walls need more insulation. We could hear the neighbors kids yelling clearly as well as dogs barking. The rooms were fairly clean but a little worn down looking. Had to relocate the coffee maker to where the short cord could plug in. You might want to include a power strip or extension chord to keep the coffee maker on the table. I thought it was strange that there was no maid service. We could go to the front desk to get new towels if needed. But I would have expected to pay less for a room like that with less service provided.

Hello, we had a horrible experience with the accommodation. Our room was put right under the HVAC system for the whole floor. With the heat wave and everyone turning on the a/c the room was buzzing with an average of 50-60dB sometimes reaching 80dB. We need about 30dB to sleep. At 1am we had to move rooms from tower 3 to tower 2 without the view that we paid for. How could you guys rent out that room knowing there was a heatwave?!?! The front desk said they would remove the petfee and parking fee. They would also refund half of what I paid for (ocean view). I am still waiting for that refund on the fees and the room and will call tomorrow.
