The rooms were very clean, the staff was very helpful, check in and out was quick, the breakfast was good and hot and they kept the pans refilled, and quiet throughout the hallways, I stay at least 2-3 times a month.

There were unsupervised children running up and down the hallways and stairwells and in and out of elevators. The noise made it hard to sleep and my mother and I almost got knocked over in the elevator. I'm not sure if there was some sort of family event happening. Not necessarily a hotel issue, but made the stay disappointing.

The room was very damp when we arrived. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. They ran out of coffee by like 7:30am and I was traveling I had to go and buy it somewhere else.
