      The manager’s Ed and Julie are fabulous! They make breakfast every morning. Egg and sausage muffins, ham and egg casserole, eggs and sausage, toast, bagels, fruit, cereal, oatmeal and great coffee.Ed makes muffins, they were excellent.

      The location was great just off Main Street but within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The rooms were clean. Cleaning staff was great and friendly.

      Poor customer service. Smelly shower curtains and the bathroom smelled of urine. Dirty carpets throughout the property including our room. I doubt they vacuum regularly. Of our 3 night stay we walked in and out numerous times throughout each day and I was only greeted twice. The mattress was so old and soft we were sinking into it. The TV was out the first night and part of the morning. Also there was barking dog across the hallways which barked our whole stay. Some sketchy disturbances in our hallway and police presence in their lobby due to crime. Oh yeah, they ran out of coffee cups and stirrers.

      Crumpled sheets, very poorly made bed. No decent comforter/blanket. I stayed on Sept 9th and woke up in the middle of the night freezing under that thin blanket they provided. Can't recall a time in a hotel when a blanket was an issue. When in NY people spend most of the time walking the city, so we pretty much are looking for a comfortable bed to sleep in at night.
