I loved the outdoor area with bbq grills, seating and torches to sit out at night for dinner. It was also a great location and very nice to be provided a cooler, beach chairs and snorkel gear. Very nice place.

We were disappointed in the ac during our entire stay. I had called about it immediately as it kept running but wouldn’t go down past 75 and then we got a notice the final day we were staying that it would be shut off completely for a day and 1/2 of our stay for repair. We dealt with it but couldn’t cook as it would get over 85 in there and quite uncomfortable.

Absolutely incredible grounds. Cabins are so cozy and comfortable. So clean. Very well decorated with beautiful touches. Felt like a whole different world outside. Absolutely loved the sheep.

Well we stayed there a couple weeks before on the fourth floor the bed was super comfy, but this time we decided to stay on the bottom floor and the bed in that room was very uncomfortable

Staff misinformed about brownout and told us it was the whole and we can find someplace elsewhere and no cancelations fee..and I ask it was the certain sector and she said it was the whole town so we decided just stay. Room seem uncomfortable 4some reason

The continental breakfast was horrible, very poor selection. The pool looked dirty. It was cloudy, had tons of stuff floating on the top, and had no clue what it was. When I went to ask the staff at the desk if the pool was down, I was waved away and told to come back in 5 min you come back in 5 min. The floors needed a good vacuuming throughout the whole building, and i felt like the bedding could have been cleaner. We left a day early.
