The room was not big, but was perfectly enough for 2 people. The location was perfect for us visiting Santa Monica and Los Angeles. The check in was smooth, a deposit was required but we get it back without a problem. The shared bathroom is perfectly okay, wasn't as busy as we expected and it was always clean. The free onsite parking was okay, we always had a space, in the weekend it might get packed a little if you arrive late. There is no AC so keep that in mind, the ceiling fan worked for us just fine as the weather was mild during our visit. We also had a fridge and the microwave in our room.

We were surprised with an upgrade to what we had reserved. We had plenty of room to visit with the relative we had come to see. It's nice to have the option to cook instead of going to restaurants for every meal and have the necessary dishes available.

We needed to warm the apartment more for our family member but found we couldn't without setting off one of the alarms. We got it close to warm enough by shutting off the a/c and letting the sunshine the best we could. It worked out ok.

The breakfast was okay. Green Chili was good and the coffee was great. Liked being close to the lake. The pool was working and enjoyed the swimming in a little warmer water than most pools. The game room was really fun.

Hot tub was not available as it looked like it had been removed. The game room machines took a dollar which was kind of steep. You also need a light over the pool table so us older people can see the ball.

Stay for 2 nights. Second day the unt was not housecleaned or beds made up - needed to call desk around 4pm. Inferior toliet paper. Bar sink slow drain. Light bulb burned out. Resturant only average but pricy. Mid week staffing sparce.
