    - “The apartment is located in a large building, and there is a security guard at the entrance, making it really safe. It was big enough to host our family of 5, although one of the kids used a mattress set on the floor. We could prepare a simple breakfast using the kitchen, even air-fry our pao de queijo. The location is excellent, just two blocks from the Copacabana beach and Blue Note Rio. There are terrific places to eat around, as well as washing facilities and stores. It's very well communicated with buses going everywhere around the city, and the metro station is just around the corner.”

      Host was exceptionally helpful and caring. Quick to respond to any issues or questions I might have relating to my stay. Easy to access the unit on ground floor. Quiet respectful neighbours inside the upstairs units. Good TV channels and large kitchen & bed.

      Strange odours occasionally coming from the side back of the unit. Possible wild animal related and it’s not constant.

      Everything , I always stay here when wanting something economic and close to Disney parks . With paying for parking there were more space for paneling compared to when I last visited .

      There is now a parking fee of $20 per night . I was shocked when I was told since I was not aware . However I didn’t mind paying since there was parking available after we got back from the parks around midnight when in the past parking would be difficult so I guess you can say it was a benefit .

      The lady at the counter was helpful and nice.

      The room we originally got was dirty. There was soda or something splattered on the wall and the floor wasn't vacuumed. The counter in the bathroom was covered in hair. I requested a new room and they gave us a room with one bed instead of the 2 I paid for. I didn't have time to move again because our event was about to begin so we stayed in the new room. When returning that evening we noticed the new room was even more dirty. The floors weren't vacuumed and had toe nail clippings on it. The bed had yellow stains on the linens and worst of all it looked like someone whipped poop on the curtains! I also noticed the outlets were extremely loose and I had to hold my phone charger in them for it to charge my phone. It was a night I was excited for and it was a pretty big let down.

      carpet on the third floor is so nasty. There are some cockroaches inside the room326 where I stay plus the bathroom door is too rush, the ceiling above bath tub is messed up, faucet is leaking.
