    - “I loved the size of our room, so spacious to have a one bedroom mini apartment with a kitchen if we needed and a tiny view of the bridge, but otherwise surrounded by nature. I had the morning sun hitting me during my coffee in the kitchen every day and the entire space, including the bathroom, felt very modern and new. It was also a 13min walk down to the ortakoy ferry stop making travel super easy and a great base for exploring istanbul. The staff were very kind and esmail especially helped me practise my turkish which was kind of him! We ended up extending our 2 night stay to 4 nights because we enjoyed the comfort of the place that much!”

      EVERYTHING!!! The location was perfect, the room was spot on clean, had everything we needed & so much room to move around in! Terri The wonderful woman who runs it is outstanding! It was our dogs first trip to the beach & my daughter first time at Oak Island. Our dog is an 80 lb Plot Hound, so he's big and the room size was so much better than I hoped for. Never once did we feel cramped or on top of each other in the room. Not even when the dog was laid out on the floor did we have any issues moving around the room. He especially loved the big window for he was able to look outside at everyone. We all loved it and will be coming back again!

      The only thing we didn't like was the fact that we couldn't of stayed longer. We went for just 1 night. But our next trip will be for a few days!

      The location was the best part for me, literally walking distance to everything. The bed was comfortable.

      I did not like that I was charged $36 to park for a couple of hours. I did not like that we did not have a microwave in our room. It was very noisy in the hall ways late at night and early morning.

      The reason I’m was larger than most hotel rooms. Beds were amazing. Pillows 10 out of 10.

      The chair was extremely uncomfortable. After traveling it would have been nice to kick back in a comfortable chair. Also, the room needed a small table and chairs. There was plenty of room.

      We were up on the 14th floor, we would have to wait forever on the elevator. Whoever designed that resort should of had a separate elevator for the staff!!
