  All went well. Front Desk arranged for shuttle to the ferry to Mackinac Island. Breakfast was great. And sitting in a chair on the shore and gazing out with a drink was just what I needed.

  This is a "nice" motel with excellent access to downtown and ample parking. The wifi worked well, hot shower, comfortable and clean beds.

  Nothing, it was completely disgusting. The pictures were probably from 2015 because it looked nothing like it was supposed to

  The appearance. My children were so disappointed when we pulled up to the property. The fountain had no water in it and hadn’t been in operation for a long time it looked like. The landscape unkept, siding missing off the building, screen busted on hotel rooms, trash stacked up outside. Went inside and it looked like a condemned hotel. Toilet on the bellhop cart, maybe half the lights were on in the foyer, dingey, pool was half open, deck falling in, room very outdated and stunk! We didn’t stay, requested a refund for over 30 days and have yet to hear back from this property

  Hotel was cheap, but I parked at the garage next door, 555 School Street. When I asked the receptionist if this was OK she said “many of our guests park there”. When I left I was astounded to learn that my bill was $74 for 22 hours, overnight. Seemed like a lot.
