The property is perfect. Good location, clean, well kept, rooms are large with comfortable bed, good bedding and towels. Breakfast was great. Staff are friendly. I travel a lot and it’s been one of my favorite places I have stayed.

Excellent location! Lots of restaurants, movie theater, music venues, convention center, Pike Place market, all within easy walking distance. Never needed to use transit or UBER.

(1) never gave me a “sharps” container. Staff didn’t even know what one was. Only hotel that didin’t give me one right away. (2) Have stayed here several times, and the overall quality of the hotel seems to be dropping with every stay! Breakfast prices are ridiculous and you can’t get a plain plate of pancakes without fruit and other stuff I can’t eat, room was in need of renovation, housekeeping didn’t clean until after 4pm, etc. Marriott is doing a terrible job of managing Westin hotels in general.

They revived my trust in the hotel industry. They didn’t charge me any fake fees upon arrival after I paid online like some in this area do, they were extremely friendly, the room was extremely clean and I’m saying that for the price that I booked it at it. It wasn’t a five star hotel but I have OCD and I found the room extremely clean. Wonderful room service as well. I left very private important items in my room that were left untouched of course and everything I needed or didn’t even need yet was promptly replaced

The floors in the bathroom had no been very very well cleaned but I even have a hard time with that at home sometimes and they provided enough floor mats that it didn’t even matter

The parking was decent, and the bathroom in the room was decent; and although not a part of the hotel, the restaurant next door was nice. We had several meals there.

Unfortunately, while we enjoyed our trip to Santa Barbara, our hotel accommodations were disappointing. This was about the third time we had stayed at Lemon Tree, and unfortunately, our last. It has definitely gone downhill. The first room we were sent to, although on the first floor, had a blocked window. I don't know what that was all about. The look on my partner's face said No way. There was an armchair in the room that looked old and unclean. We moved to the second floor, hoping for better, only to find two dingy-looking and ragged armchairs. The box spring on the top left side of the bed had a huge visible hole in it, and there were some types of bugs moving on the ceiling, for which we had to call maintenance. The chair at the little desk in the room was a cheap plastic yard chair. It was definitely not a desk chair. There were no luggage carts or assistance with luggage. Had I not bought a little cart that I keep in my vehicle, it would have been difficult to get our luggage to our rooms.
