    - “The apartment is located in a large building, and there is a security guard at the entrance, making it really safe. It was big enough to host our family of 5, although one of the kids used a mattress set on the floor. We could prepare a simple breakfast using the kitchen, even air-fry our pao de queijo. The location is excellent, just two blocks from the Copacabana beach and Blue Note Rio. There are terrific places to eat around, as well as washing facilities and stores. It's very well communicated with buses going everywhere around the city, and the metro station is just around the corner.”

      VERY CLEAN and AC worked wonderfully well. Easy in and out access. The room is cleaned daily (not expecting a refresher) nice cold fridge and small microwave. Excellent shower pressure and the shower head had adjustable settings. Nice pillows and a nice small table and two chairs. The carpet was soft and clean. Very impressed. Had an issue with neighbors alarm going off at midnight and not turning off, (they were OUT COLD) but the overnight staff took care of the issue and everyone we had interaction with was VERY friendly 💜 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Stayed with my adult son for Jeep Jam and was super close to our meet point.

      The bed could have been a little softer, but it was manageable. Lighting could have been better, but with curtains open, it was nice.

      I stayed 5 days and nobody changed the sheets only towels and bins were changed once. It didn't feel like a suite/hotel accommodation, I believe there were probably families renting some of the suites long term and kids running around in evenings. No water was provided and it was cash-only to get anything. No iron in room or additional facilities like a coffee machine in the room.

      Brand new property help desk super friendly and helpful.

      Shower never got above luke warm. The desk mentioned having to wait for the hot water to turn on but even after 10 mins it was about as hot as it would get and by the end of my shower it was losing heat. Other than that, great stay.
