- “I loved the size of our room, so spacious to have a one bedroom mini apartment with a kitchen if we needed and a tiny view of the bridge, but otherwise surrounded by nature. I had the morning sun hitting me during my coffee in the kitchen every day and the entire space, including the bathroom, felt very modern and new. It was also a 13min walk down to the ortakoy ferry stop making travel super easy and a great base for exploring istanbul. The staff were very kind and esmail especially helped me practise my turkish which was kind of him! We ended up extending our 2 night stay to 4 nights because we enjoyed the comfort of the place that much!”

  This was my first time staying at a Hilton and it certainly met expectations. The hotel is beautiful inside and well kept. The bed was comfortable. I liked having a separate chair to sit in and watch television. The shower had strong water pressure. There is apparently a large indoor pool which we didn't see. There is a Starbucks inside as well as a wonderful restaurant and bar called 88 Oaks. We had dinner there and it was wonderful. It is slightly pricey but it's a "get what you pay for" sort of thing. The food was very high quality, with everything prepared fresh in-house. I highly recommend it. Speaking of price, the room itself was surprisingly reasonable and actually in line with many lesser hotels. If I'm ever in Raleigh again I know where I want to stay.

  The property was located near the basic things we needed. It was also located near where we were attending a wedding which was nice. It was also pet friendly which was a plus for us as I cannot board my dogs due to her heart condition.

  There was a cigarette burn in the top red cover on our bed. The beds were also VERY firm. The AC unit takes some time to actually kick on. I had to reset it and then it eventually came on.

  The location of the property is fantastic. There’s a lot to do. Prime location for sure.

  My AC was broken so I had to sleep without a working AC. I let staff know and when I woke up they had maintenance in my room and they had to totally replace the AC. So, having to pay for a room with no AC for my stay is why I gave this such a bad review. Obviously if you’re paying money, you should have a comfortable stay and not have to worry about the summer heat in Florida.

  No vent/fan in the bathroom, shower wall was cracked, hallway carpets were extremely worn and filthy. There was a cigarette ashtray right by the door that went to the parking lot. Probably had 75 cigarette butts in it, which was not a lovely smell going in and out.

  The listing claimed there was a full kitchen with a stove, but there was no oven, just a stovetop. The carpets were filthy—stained, discolored, and clearly not cleaned. The walls were dirty too. The worst part was the pull-out couch; when we opened it, there were bugs, dust, and other nasty stuff inside. Absolutely disgusting. Overall the couch just should’ve been replaced seen that it was ripped and they cover the risk in the pillows with couch covers. I’m done giving this place the benefit of the doubt—I will never stay here again they have some nerve to charge you a $250 hold and they cannot give you a 5 star stay.

  A/C was leaking bad, room smelled moldy. My bag got soaked overnight because it was on the floor. The bed felt sandy, I had to try and dust it several times. But it’s a great location.
