    - “I loved the size of our room, so spacious to have a one bedroom mini apartment with a kitchen if we needed and a tiny view of the bridge, but otherwise surrounded by nature. I had the morning sun hitting me during my coffee in the kitchen every day and the entire space, including the bathroom, felt very modern and new. It was also a 13min walk down to the ortakoy ferry stop making travel super easy and a great base for exploring istanbul. The staff were very kind and esmail especially helped me practise my turkish which was kind of him! We ended up extending our 2 night stay to 4 nights because we enjoyed the comfort of the place that much!”

      The property was very clean and very well lit up at night therefore it felt safe. the room was very neat and clean. I also enjoyed sipping my morning coffee in a real coffee cup.

      The only complaint I have is the outdoor trash can was very close to the entrance door where we found a guest smoking. I for one have a difficult time smelling smoke due to respiratory issues so it was uncomfortable to go thru the entrance door with the smoke smell

      The location of the property and the women at the front desk is very friendly, accommodating and the young male is super nice as well. They both work at the check in front desk.

      I had to clean my own bed, they left trash in my room. Also, a spray cleaner bottle was left the next day. I was truly disappointed.

      The room was extremely small. The walls were thin. Loud noise was coming from the pipes off and on early yesterday morning. The halls smaller like smoked even though we were on a no smoking hall. The beds were comfortable at all.

      The parking was close to the hotel and easily accessible for entering and exiting the hotel.

      I checked in early and still had to fill everything out again. Also was charged a 100.00 deposit despite paying for everything before staying that has not been taken off of my card yet.
