I dislike that prices are outrageous for parent weekend. I paid $900 for 2 nights at a mediocre hotel. Went to the front desk because they never answer their phone for clean sheets due to previous stains on them. So gross. The gentleman in front of me got a one night stay for $179! Unacceptable to price gouge!

I did not like that at this time it is being converted to a Sparkle hotel and was not informed. Because of it being under construction , check in was In a side door (when we drove up we thought it was closed), no hot breakfast and a slight smell of paint in the room. Being charged for full price for not getting the full hampton experience was disappointing.

Nothing like Booking.com said it was. Pictures of the place are not the same as property. Had to ask for a remote and they gave me 2 remotes in case one does work. The tv would stay on for hike 10 minutes and then the volume would go out. There was only one channel. Had bad smell to room The ac was the only thing good.

no drinking water on vending machines and no complementary water provided inside the room. Water is cheap so maybe consider adding two water bottle water next to the coffee maker :)

My car was scratched by another guest from Florida I park my car beside he's white truck nex day in morning he was there just looking at me, I didn't nothing I don't know what was the problem? I look my car with a big scratch on the back tale of my truck and that person was looking at me, what I did, just leave from there I when to the office to leave my key and seid bye. I was alone with my little son I was afraid of that man was 👀looking at me😱 I feel like unsafty even was Camara I hope they can see the Camara and see the man was there what he did to my truck. 09/13/25/...09/14/25 is only one hood thing I forgot my g Sunglasses on the office after when I ask the lady was there she give ma back thank you so much for been tacare of me.
