    - “The apartment is located in a large building, and there is a security guard at the entrance, making it really safe. It was big enough to host our family of 5, although one of the kids used a mattress set on the floor. We could prepare a simple breakfast using the kitchen, even air-fry our pao de queijo. The location is excellent, just two blocks from the Copacabana beach and Blue Note Rio. There are terrific places to eat around, as well as washing facilities and stores. It's very well communicated with buses going everywhere around the city, and the metro station is just around the corner.”

      I enjoyed my stay at the Fairhaven Inn. Comfortable and great location for walking around the area. The Inn itself did not have onsite services, for example a spa. However, there are some close by. I had a pedicure just around the corner from the Inn. They do have partnerships with some of the restaurants which is a nice perk. The restaurant attached, Galloway's Cocktail Bar, offers a free glass of wine to those who stay at the Fairhaven Inn. No breakfast, yet a nice little coffee/tea service in the morning downstairs in the reading room. Several Breakfast restaurants very close by. Free parking which was nice.

      I liked the speed in which they responded to our issue and they way they resolved to our satisfaction

      I won't call it a dislike but the Air conditioner unit in the house was controlled by the owner off site, There ended up being an issue with the air conditioner that could not be resolved during our stay but the property owners did do their best to get it fixed and when they couldn't they still took care of us.

      Shower curtain was extremely dirty was brown with stain half way up the curtain. Towels were dingy. No cups in room. Table had greasy food marks on it sheets had safety pins holding the sheets in place everything was dusty.

      I came in for a conference. My husband was furious because there was an m&m on the corner of the bed that my 2-year old accidentally found. (My kid’s don’t eat M&Ms). I was not very happy because my child could’ve choked. I picked the hotel because apart from it’s where my conference was going to be it’s Hilton so I was going to be sure my family will be safe while I was away. It was very disappointing
