I had 2 rooms booked with your hotel first of all the rooms look nothing like the picture we saw online when we booked and both rooms had hair in sink and bath tub toilet wasn't cleaned good either towels were yellow and also the pillow case were yellow someone's bra was on the side of table where the TV was at TV barely worked had to get someone to come try and fix it it worked for a few minutes and started the same thing oh and the swimming pool the water was brown my cousin went to Walgreens across the street and bought cleaning supplies so we could clean our rooms we paid over 700 for those rooms and it wasn't worth it I work at a hotel and this made me want to make sure that I check behind myself every time I do a room

Where to begin? For starters, I called an hour before check-in to see if we could check in early. I was told our room wasn't ready. Not a big deal, but when it was time to check in, I was told they were sold out of the room we requested. I've had this reservation since February! Not once did the hotel try to contact me ahead of time. They gave us a king room with a pullout couch and tried to make me pay extra for it. The clerk was able to adjust that and give it to me for the price I was expecting. I was told to come back and she would give me sheets for the couch. I did and there was another lady there that gave me grief for asking for the set. She kept saying over and over that there should be a set in the closet. I told ger that if there was, they would still be there when we checked out. There wasn't, I looked when I got back to the room. We pulled the couch out and the mattress cover was disgusting. The mattress was a queen, but they gave us king sheets. My daughter didn't mind. The air conditioning is very damp, not ventilated well. As I was checking out, my daughter was walking out with suitcase in hand. A staff member saw her as she, herself was going out the door and let the door slam right before my daughter could get to it. Staff is very rude.

Office hours-had to wait to get replacement towels. No housekeeping services-had to put garbage outside ourselves and there were no extra bags for the cans.

I had to pay $50 extra to check in 1 hour early. The early check in was necessary so I could start bowel preparation for an early morning surgery the next day. There were plenty of rooms ready when we arrived, so it’s not like they had to rush in order to have a room prepared 1 hour early. We are IHG members too and have stayed at your hotels numerous times.
