Breakfast buffet was OK. Charged $15.00 per person for breakfast. Room's bathroom door would not close completely and looked like the upper door hinge screws were pulled right out of the wall. Front desk was notified. They did not honor our Booking.com quote of $289.45 instead charging us $330.46 as they stated that is the quote Booking.com sent to them(?). I am currently pursuing that through Booking.com as the hotel refused to budge. First room assigned to us had PEOPLE IN IT! The people in the room indicated they requested a room change as the one they were first assigned to smelled terrible. It was kind of a crappyy check-in. Not sure I would go back there. Depends on how they treat my refund request for the overcharge due to not honoring the booking.com quote.

see above. Charged a $100.00 security deposit but didn't do a very good job checking our room as the bathroom door was hanging by one hinge. Reported it to front desk in the morning. Hopefully we won't get charged for damage we did not do.

The effort to conserve energy using the electronic key to turn on electric lights. Multiple use toiletries in shower, no plastic mini containers of shampoo, etc. More use of tile for flooring, room felt cleaner with less carpet.

Great clean place with a nice couch for relaxing. The sliding door leads to a little patio, and the pool. Jim's Place us within walking distance with good music. I will be back!

The smoke detector was ripped off the wall. Stain on bed spread. No hair dryer in room. Swimming pool was ice cold. It was 91 degrees outside and pool was so cold my family was not able to spend 5-10 minutes in the water.

The room had mold in the bathroom. There were bodily fluids on the office chair in the room. I went and bought bleach and cleaned it myself since I was already charged. Our mattress was very comfortable. Pillow size was perfect, not the smaller pillows. Staff at front desk was pleasant. Room was very clean. We would stay again.
