    - “I loved the size of our room, so spacious to have a one bedroom mini apartment with a kitchen if we needed and a tiny view of the bridge, but otherwise surrounded by nature. I had the morning sun hitting me during my coffee in the kitchen every day and the entire space, including the bathroom, felt very modern and new. It was also a 13min walk down to the ortakoy ferry stop making travel super easy and a great base for exploring istanbul. The staff were very kind and esmail especially helped me practise my turkish which was kind of him! We ended up extending our 2 night stay to 4 nights because we enjoyed the comfort of the place that much!”

      Let’s face it, for $80 I was expecting exactly what I received. A bit of a run down & smelly property. It seemed clean but had an old cigarette smoke smell. But I was there for about 9 hours, so i was able to overlook a lot of things. Also there is a Kroger nearby and a Starbucks.

      Smell. Carpet felt grimey and old. Rundown exterior. Felt a bit uncomfortable at check-in as a solo female traveler. Front desk employee announced location to my room in front of another man.

      The breakfast and Tracy who set up and cleared the breakfast items. She was very accommodating.

      The room was way too cramped! Not suited for three people. We stayed for three nights with all of our needed items for a wedding. Our room was way too far away from the elevator and was not accommodating for my 85-year-old mother. She has to have a walker. She needed handrails in the bathroom and a taller toilet. I requested a room to accommodate a handicapped person and something close to the elevator. My Mom has a hard time walking long distances! We were not happy or comfortable! The closet was not tall enough to hang our formal clothing for the wedding. We will never stay there again!
