The man that checked me in was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice. The air was very good. Beds were comfortable. The workers in the breakfast area were very nice and helpful.

The hallways do give off a bit of a dated look. The breakfast had a decent amount of options, but it was just ok. It is probably hard to cook a great breakfast in a little hotel kitchen.

Good location. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. There are several businesses in front i.e. a market/gift shop, food and a scooter/mobility rental that are convenient.

The bathrooms are small with no counter or shelf space to set anything. We had adjoining rooms one was clean. The other smelled damp, musty and moldy. And the carpet turned our feet black. They don't do daily housekeeping/room refresh and the first time we requested clean towels they weren't provided. Had to request again. We were traveling with toddlers clean towels were needed.

Inside the room. Was old and dinky. When we arrived our fridge didn’t work. Facilities had to bring us a different one. Furniture was dusty. Bathroom was not clean and shower curtain and liner had stains on it! I took pictures! Informed them about this through the text service they sent me. I told them my issue and they never did anything about it. Will not return.

The first room we were in was terrible. The smell was awful and the refrigerator didn’t work. Then as if that wasn’t enough, someone had obviously been smoking pot on the balcony and left the evidence. We did ask to be moved to another room which didn’t smell but the tub didn’t drain. At this point we decided it is what it is and this will be our last stay at Coral Beach. Just as a side note, we have stayed here repeatedly for several years with no complaints but hadn’t been there in 3 years. Obviously the place has significantly declined and we will be looking for new accommodations for our next stay
