The property was exceptionally clean. They do only perform housekeeping on the every other day of your stay so i cant speak for that but we did need more body soap in the shower and even though there was a bit of a language barrier between some of the housekeeping staff and myself they got me and my partner what we needed right away. The front desk staff were extremely helpful when checking in etc.

I was a little upset that the website said breakfast was provided but upon calling the front desk yo ask what time they said they didn't provide breakfast but there is an ihop right across the parking lot. only 1 elevator seemed to be working snd it was a little rough/scary hut other than that no complaints.

Hot water in the shower fluctuated from luke warm/cool to scalding. It kind of seemed like possibly every time another room flushed a toilet, the hot water cut out.

The king suite was definitely dated with the following issues: a broken toilet seat (just needs to be screwed on), the sofa bed (which is why we booked the suite) was actually dirty and seemingly mold affected on mattress. We didn’t use. The lock on the door (the metal bracket style hardware one) was missing half of it like it had been torn off so it didn’t work. I called the front desk about that because I do like to use those and the lady was very annoyed with my calling about it. I was polite and mentioned we paid for a room and the lock is a feature on the door but ours didn’t have a working one and she said there wasn’t a thing she could do. It was just unfriendly and I didn’t appreciate it. Whatever! The king bed was very comfortable and the rest of the hotel is clean. The breakfast workers are SO nice!

Too much noise. Some girls were standing by the exit near our door talking, screaming across the hall and laughing for a long time and it was too early in the morning. Very inconsiderate of everyone else's sleep.
