Friendly staff and great location (next to CVS). Walk to the beach was nice too (took about 20 mins). Overall very family friendly.

The resort was amazing, there so much to do. You didn't even have to leave the resort, everything you needed was right there.

The bed was extremely hard, my back was killing me. The toilet water was running the entire 4 days and 3 night that we were there. When I called to complain to see if we could be moved. I was told that they do not move customers because of those issues.

my invoice had a charge for a movie rental which I did not even use/call for - I asked the front desk about it but they never got back to me. Clearly a wrong charge on the receipt despite trying to bring this to their attention.

The bed was very comfortable. The mirror had a Bluetooth speaker, which was pretty cool.

The room was very dim, even the bathroom. The room needed more options for brighter lighting. Also, there was no ice machine on our floor, I could see where one had been, so maybe they were replacing it.. It wasn't a huge deal. We just went down a floor and found one.

Cleaning was not up to standard. Our room curtains were visible dirty with stains. The lock on window was broken in the living-room area (note our room was on the first floor). Staff did not communicate to us that there will be work done to the plumbing during our stay. One of my children was taking a shower in the morning when the water turned brown. It was brown water in the tub, bathroom sink, toilet and kitchen sink. When we alerted staff , they indicated they had a posted note at the check in desk. The note was taped flat on the desk and was not visibly seen. We literally had to use a purchased case of water to wash off my child and rinse out her hair.

The morning desk clerk was rude when I was trying to rent room again because I loved the facility that I changed my mind at that moment because how ugly her attitude was with me. She made my feel uncomfortable, that she was not helpful but rude.
