Front desk was very attentive and helpful during our stay. We usually stay at the Metropolitan room but this time tried to stay at Serenity one bedroom and was extremely satisfied, room was spacious and very clean, two bathrooms was extremely helpful, bed was comfortable. We stayed at room 306 and definitely planning to stay there again. The staff was very friendly especially , bell captain Ernest he is our inspiration and great person. Overall the entire crew is wonderful. Looking for for many returns. We enjoy Brigantine and stay at La Sa Samana resort. Thanks! Alexander

This facility does not do breakfast and they stated they had not for several years. The stay was amazing. All the rooms are a little different and very unique which made it a little more special. The staff was super friendly and polite.

The size of the room and the shuttle bus was nice to take. Loved the cinnamon rolls and scrambled eggs. The pool and hot tub was great to soak in.

Small complaint, the air-conditioning in our room cycled on off constantly all night. It was never in either mode for more than a couple of minutes.

The elevators were scary, consistently closing on you, rough ride up/down and would jerk to a stop when hitting the first floor. The breakfast would've been good if there was more variety on the hot bar. I can't eat sausage and they had two types sausage links, patties and sausage gravy with biscuits. Their pancake maker was broken so the only breakfast was cereal or pastry.

The second bedroom is more for children vs adults. Trundle under the full not accessible without moving furniture. Still not the enough room, we moved the mattress to the living area for sleeping. The bad frame wiggles trying to climb ladder to the top single.
