  The mini fridge was unplugged. Our food spoiled, when I discovered it, I was unable to plug it in (cord would not reach outlet). Maintenance was quick to fix but we lost food.

  the patio furniture was terrible and there were only 3 chairs for the tiny table! Also there were only 6 regular size plates for a place that supposed to have 10 people and there was no cookie sheet and the can opener was broken!

  Everything about Kingsgate was wonderful! Only issues were there was a hole in the ceiling of both bathrooms. I reported it and asked to be emailed on the findings, never received a response. All of the representatives were excellent except one, who did not appear to be courteous.!
