I really liked the kitchenette rooms. It's the same price and sometimes cheaper than a regular room and you get a full fridge and a stove top with modern appliances for such a great price. Been staying here for a week and everyone here has been great. I work at the Amazon near the hotel and this place has been great. Will be back soon.

One night we got the jacuzzi rub and it was great. It took a really long time to fill up but the water stayed hot. The first night we stayed the double queen room's tv wouldn't work. Luckily I brought my roku bc it was only cable. The room with jacuzzi did have a smart TV tho. Staff was very polite.

Like I said the double queen room's room cable wasn't working, the signal for the wifi was super weak. I had to use my own hot spot to watch my Roku.

Lovely room, clean and comfortable. The unheard pool is in an alcove under the building. Unheated and receiving no sunlight it was intolerably cold on a warm September afternoon. Receiving only was natural light was reflected from the open patio, it was like a cold, dark cave. Most unpleasant.

I was disappointed that the barbecue did not have gas. After I called, maintenance came to address the issue but left before it was fully resolved. We later discovered that the rain had caused the problem, and we had to place another call for assistance. There were also no shades in the living room, which made me uncomfortable since people could see inside the villa from the alley, the pool area and deck lacked privacy.
