During my check-in, I had a great interaction with a very kind and professional gentleman at the front desk. However, the experience was overshadowed by another staff member who was extremely rude, demanding, and impatient — not just with me, but toward his coworkers as well. While I was being helped, this other employee suddenly barged in, interrupting to say he needed to ring something in and that it couldn’t be done at that station. He then sarcastically remarked, ‘Okay, I guess it just won’t get rung in.’ The situation made the check-in experience uncomfortable for me and visibly frustrating for the employee assisting me. It felt like this may not have been the first time this kind of interaction had happened. Honestly, I wouldn’t have blamed the front desk staff if he had told the guy to back off. The rude staff member didn’t seem like he even worked at the front desk — he looked more like someone from the restaurant or another department. Either way, the behavior was unprofessional and disappointing.”

Being one Mile from the courthouse house we had a property hearing

We checked in close to 11 am after driving 14 1/2 hours tired very tired had 2 hrs rest before hearing for receivership and the person insisted my husband drive to get $20 in cash only to check in early. Early check-in I thought was with our genius level. Also, the doorknob inside falls off locking you in unless you can get it to stay on long enough to open the door, The lady said she would come look at it NEVER DID. The place had roaches. We would have insisted on a refund and left but after having to get 20 cash on top of the hotel room after driving 14 1/2 hours we were too tired I feel she owes us the 20 back and half of the room cost back for not fixing the knob no phone to call in the room when you can't get it open room 307 beware. Refund fully or half the money back would be the right thing to do

They were people hanging out in front when we arrived, they were walking around with dogs, heard dogs barking all night, no game room like the picture in website, no breakfast, coffee was nasty.. had to go to Burger King for breakfast next door , Bed sheets smelled like smoke
