Individual bottles of bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion were provided. We enjoyed the rooftop terrazzo with a lovely view of the port and sea. The location couldn't have been better. Easy walk to the bustling port and shopping areas. We look forward to a future stay.”

      The location was perfect for our brief visit to Boston for the first time. We were able to park in a great spot directly in front of the Police station and just a short walk to our room. Also, the hosts were very responsive to our questions and very helpful!!

      our door into room rattled all night per wind pressure. it squeaked every minute. very hard to sleep. beds were lumpy and gave back pain. my elderly mom had difficulty walking the distance to elevator, and difficulty with low toilet. girl at check In was not very pleasant. when my mom asked for toilet raise...she said she'd check with housekeeping and hung up...no follow up. I was able to get assisted tools for her at cvs...I really should have requested a handicapped room. also no balcony roof on 12th floor so not Suitable to sit if rain. jacuzzi room did not have a sep kitchen efficiency area with sink nor enough light in the tub/fridge area. we cut our trip early by a day and unfortunately had to pay for it.

      We are used to a constant hum from a fan or a/c, so the total quiet or intermittent a/c noise keep waking us up or kept us awake. Not great prior to surgery the next day. Other than that, the room was clean and didn't have that cover it up with floral spray thing going on.

      Friendly staff, convenient access to the beach, easy access to parking, and all elevators were working.

      Bed mattress was too soft, every morning ~4:30/5AM a delivery truck arrived and was noisy, suite could use a fresh coat of paint, hotel and parking garage stairs need to be power washed and stair walls could use a a fresh coat of paint, and there was no accessible door.
