Toilet had black stuff on the inside of Toilet where water comes out. I also recommend the refillable shampoo/ conditioners and body wash. The tiny one provided wasn't nearly enough for 5 people

The bed was super comfortable and appeared clean. The air conditioner worked well. The WiFi worked well too. The TV had no problems. The room is very spacious.

Three things were dirty: the entire floor, the shower floor, and the seat of the armchair. I was grossed out. I put a towel down on the shower floor because I didn’t have shower flip flops. The floor had spots of gummed up crap and overall was covered in stuck-on dirt. It clearly hasn’t been mopped on a regular basis and now needs a serious deep cleaning. On the bed I slept on top of the comforter with my own blanket because I didn’t trust that the sheets were actually clean. They appeared clean, but that didn’t matter. When I pay nearly $250 for two nights I expect nearly flawless maintenance. This was worth only $50 a night. I could have camped at that rate and would have had a better experience. I would like a $150 refund!
