  The location was very convenient. Nice modern look.

  The bed sheets had apparent stains on them. The floor had visible debris on it. There was a red hand print at top of entry door on inside. There were dirty prints all over the bathroom door on both sides. The fridge had apparent “rings” left on shelving from previous occupants. There was a cubby on one side of the bed I noticed had splatter on it from unknown fluid. I wouldn’t have noticed but I had my flashlight on looking for something and it was reflective. The door had an apparent gap in it where it did not latch closed properly. And I did not notice until I went to checkout that the garbage can under the sink had never been emptied and still had the previous occupants garbage in it. I stayed in a smoking room on the back side of the building. Oh and the lights attached to the bed frame flickered really bad.

  The exterior was a bit dilapidated with people grilling in the parking lot out of their pickup truck. I’m unsure my bathroom was actually cleaned as a dirty towel was hanging over the shower rod upon my arrival.
