Charming Victorian property in an idyllic neighborhood. Within walking distance to a variety of shops and restaurants. The rooms have been thoughtfully updated while retaining much of their original design features. Staff were warm and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and the temperature controls were easy to navigate.

It appears to be something of a work in progress, but you can tell they’re really trying. The continental breakfast offerings were good, if not standard. The hard boiled eggs were the precooked store bought variety and had an unusual taste and texture. Everything was clean enough, but there was a certain amount of dust on surfaces in our room and in the common areas.

This apartment is in a great location on a quiet street near the Lincoln, in the heart of Marina del Ray. It was clean and comfortable, perfect for our visit to the area, and Mark was helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Beautiful property! Room size was a plus!! Clean, friendly (with the exception of Gerald who hung up on me) staff. Super accommodating. Loved the pools, pool staff. We really enjoyed our stay.

We loved how cute and cozy the room was and the walk to the Speckled Hen both mornings. The food and hospitality at the Speckled Hen was also enjoyable!

We couldn’t find our room at first (177) but that wasn’t necessarily something negative, but it might be helpful to have some signing that it is down the stairs. Once I re-checked my email and saw it said “lower-level studio” we found it pretty quickly.
