We stayed for 3 nights. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and quite. The breakfast was good, just be nice for those who are late sleepers to have breakfast until 10. In all, our stay was excellent. Would stay there again and would recommend this hotel.

Everything on the housing was nice and good, the security system, everything! So I can't say anything about the housing itself. The only thing is that the location a later night time is a little bit scary, but nothing else. And that im waiting that they give me my deposit back.

The only issue is that there’s no air conditioning in the rooms and it can be stifling in there. In the summer the overhead fans just don’t cut it. Several times we left the front door of the unit open because the hallways are freezing cold and this way we could have a cool cross breeze.

The property is tired and in need of upkeep. The room didn’t feel clean. The smoke alarm was missing. The sink was cracked. The drapes weren’t hung properly. The carpet was stained. There was no bedding for the sofa bed. A chair was missing at the dining room table.

The check-in process was pretty bad. The line at 4 pm to check-in was SUPER long. Only 2 people at the counter helping. 'Premium' members (not sure of the official verbiage) kept coming in the premium line, so they were helped first - even if they just walked up. The non-premium line took 40 minutes to check-in (most of that time waiting in line). Also, the parking rate/info was not clear and very confusing.

The breakfast was good and the location was perfect for us. It was in the middle of about three places we had to go. We would definitely stay here again.

I got bit by what I’m guessing was a spider. I think it was in the bed sheets. I had seven bites by morning and was up most of the 2nd night trying to figure out what it was. I can’t blame the facility for that, but do think they need to review how the sheets etc are laundered and put back on the beds. I left a note for housekeeping to please change the bedding and to sweep good around the room. I saw whatever it was around 1:00 am in the morning but brushed it off my arm and never found it again. Routine spraying if not already doing that is important. The room was clean and the facility was clean so other than that, we had no issues.

Didn't like that the room was adjoining and opened into the room next door. You could clearly hear the other room's conversation as if they were in your room. Didn't feel very private.
