  The breakfast was just ok. Wishe their were more variety of cooked food. I came to the hotel a little early and the staff allowed me to leave my luggage so I can explore the surrounding area. The staff was very friendly, even to the janitors, and the cleaners, and whoever worked there, they were all friendly.

  Pool was cloudy and had hair in it. Beds were old and not comfy. Room smelled like dirty feet. Bath tub had hair in it and was not cleaned properly. Carpet was sticky and very dirty we had to keep shoes on. Hotel needs updated. Night staff had a lot of men hanging out at the desk and was dressed provocative.. unprofessional.

  I was harassed and physically assaulted by the morning staff because I was unable to provide a ticket in order to eat breakfast. The front desk attendant and the manager threatened to call the police on me if I didn't leave the property as they both assumed I was homeless. Even if I was homeless, there's a much more professional way to handle things. Both employees didn't exhaust their recourses to prevent this terrible situation from happening. Never asked my name, identification, nothing but what my room number was (I could not remember) and if I had a ticket to eat breakfast. I was never given the opportunity to retrieve my ticket from the room as they were threatening me with calling the police if I didn't leave the property. On top of all this, myself as well as several other tenants were having issues with our key-cards. My key-card did not work nor did my guests key-cards work so we had to return to the front desk where the front desk attendant could not fix them and had to manually open my door with her key. I decided to cut my stay short due to the unprofessionalism as well as the headache it was just to get into my room. The manager never apologized for assaulting me and the front desk attendant only tried to justify their actions rather than taking responsibility for simply being wrong and taking the whole situation to another level. This issue has yet to be resolved due to the owner of the property not taking this as seriously as it is, I was willing to accept "store credit" and stay at another location and have a free night but even then, the other property tried to charge me $50 for room insurance when I was told by customer service that my stay would be completely free of charge. That was a lie so I'm looking to have my money returned to me as this whole situation could've been handled easily and calmly from the start.
