      The Pan American is a very clean, family-friendly, centrally located hotel. Walking distance to most restaurants, parks, playgrounds, boardwalk, pickleball and tennis courts. We stayed in a deluxe efficiency which had bunk beds for the kids and a kitchen with a full sized fridge. Highly recommend for families!

      The air conditioning unit turned on and off throughout the night. No option for a fan. We didn’t sleep great the first couple nights because the fan would turn on and then off and then on and then off. I put white noise on my phone to help with a steady noise.

      Loved the decor, stocked well with most of what we needed (kitchen utensils- salt/pepper/cooking oil, bathroom accessories- shampoo/cond, & pool towels). Access was very easy. Location was great. Plenty of parking. Response for maintenance was quick.

      Dryer stopped working. Large palmetto bug in kitchen. Broom was missing. Pool had a dirty ring around it and probably needed some deep cleaning.

      Nice and clean. Only problem was the alarms went off at 4:00 am and we had to evacuate the building and stand outside for 30 mins and was not compensated anything for the interruption

      I requested a crib for my 1 year old. Because I know these type of hotels have them. I was told they didn't know if they had one and they would let me know. They never did. And I didnt sleep much trying to get the baby not to fall off the bed. If they would have set up the crib it would have been perfect.
