I’m not gonna leave a lie the sauce wasn’t fully done and then potatoes and piano getting enough taste was not cool. It was pre-cooked potato. The coffee had a little water but the last time I was there before this time everything was good stepped that food game up lol y’all

The third room wasn’t an actual room, no door just an open foyer. No privacy lock in the room door. Floor was really slippery and the top of stairs you can step down too fast and fall because you dont know the step is there.

The breakfast wasn't worth $24 the area had better choices for less also no free water bottles in the rooms. We were needed some water coming back to our room only to discover no complimentary water bottles and we need to go downstairs to purchase them for $4 each. Come on.

Noise. We stayed two nights at different buildings. First night was on first floor and the people above us made loud footing noise. Second night room was facing hwy 2 and it was loud and noisy. The hotel knows and already put earplugs in the room

1st room had plastic bags over the smoke detector. Towel for tub floor was damp, no trash bags or hand soap for bathroom sink. After a few minutes in the room it smelled of smoke and reported it to the front desk. They moved us to another room which was in better condition. Fairfield in McPherson was top notch which prompted us to stay at the Fairfield in Gladstone
