  I chose this hotel because the photos looked great. The location is very good, close to Waikiki Beach. Parking is $45 per night — you leave the keys, and they park and bring the car whenever you need it. Everything worked smoothly, even at 5 AM the car was ready. It’s also nice that breakfast is included. It’s continental, but better than nothing. Tasty toasts and decent coffee. Housekeeping was every 3 days, with good service and a fresh smell after cleaning. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and polite. You can also borrow beach towels and chairs at the reception, so you don’t need to bring your own. The hotel itself is quiet and relaxing.

  The balcony view wasn’t very impressive — I expected better. The pool is quite small, but we didn’t really have time to use it during our week’s stay since we spent most of the time exploring the island.

  I have stayed at this hotel many times and I certainly feel that the cleanliness has deteriorated. In my room there was a plastic bottle top on the floor from the previous guest, which makes me believe that the room was poorly cleaned when there was a change of guest. The area beside the ice making machine on my floor was wet all the time. In general I feel that the hotel has aged and is now needing an overall re-vamp
