The staff knew our circumstances for being there unexpectedly for a week and went out of their way to accommodate us with easy access for dog walking. We felt cared for and watched after in a time of high stress You have a really nice dog exercise area! Thank you!

There was a room charge for every day my dogs were there. We cleaned up after them as we should, they were always with us as they should, they did zero accidents or messes while we were with you. We never asked for maid service or clean towels so not to put anyone out.

The property is located in a perfect spot! Nothing in front of it blocking the view of the sea. Our balcony was enormous, so is our bedroom. The staff were so extremely helpful and friendly.

Our jacuzzi was not really clean, but when we addressed this issue, it was immediately taken care of. The pullout couch mattress was not comfortable at all, but again the staff was trying to help us with that too. Pillows were not very comfortable either, but Walmart nearby solved that issue. Screaming kids at the pool, but of cause this can’t be avoided. Staff was trying to control it at least supervising portion of it. The parents though were a bit careless.

The air conditioner fan in my room was barely blowing so the room wasn't very comfortable for sleeping. I went down to the fitness room at about 8:20 am, and it was so hot I had to prop open the door. There is an air conditioner in there; however, it had the same problem and would not blow hardly at all. The equipment was dirty and the treadmill had a cup left and it was obvious it had not been wiped down in a while. I was so disappointed that and once I cleaned all the equipment( they did have cleaning wipes which I was thankful for) I wanted to use, I could only work out for about 20 minutes as it was just too hot in there. I hope they fix these issues bc the rest of the hotel, and my room were clean. The staff were nice and I would stay again if these are fixed.
