I stopped here on a way to a conference. I had to host a 3 hour virtual meeting in the morning and needed a late check-out. My husband was with me, and we booked a large king suite, so he could be out of sight during my meeting. The room was perfect, with a separate seating area and table away from where I set up at the desk. The bathroom well-sized, and they had 24-hour coffee. Breakfast started early enough for me to get some before my meeting, and the coffee was good. Overall, the room worked out perfectly for what I needed.

The staff was very helpful and friendly everywhere we went. The rooms were large. The bed was comfortable. Starbucks in the lobby was a plus.

Disclosure of fees. The resort fees were never accurately disclosed and ended up costing more than the room itself. This is legalized theft and needs to be addressed. I will never go back to this resort specifically for that reason.

Cabin was very clean, lazy river was very nice. We really liked the walking path by the river too. Good location!

The driveway for the cabin was steep, so my car was not able to go up it. We had to park just a little walk away from it.

The owner had control of the thermostat. And wouldn’t turn the air down. Only to 73. Which is to warm to sleep. Just wanted the thermostat turned down at night. The bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable. It was not a good sleep on that bed. The lock broke on the very first day we were there. Even though they provided us with a key. We still had to leave the door unlocked for a period of time. Until they could get it figured out. Probably won’t stay at this property again.

No room makeup .between days. 2 queen beds jammed into area barely large enough for one. Breakfast laughable and hotel workers took two available indoor seats each morning . Outdoor sitting area or so called balcony was more lke a 4 ft wide alley unusable. Front desk clerk rude and unfriendly. Very undesirable facility as it was dark and needed work. I've travelled extensively for work and by far worst situation ever
