The suite was well appointed, very clean, couldn't ask for more. Nespresso with pods and condiments, kettle and fully equipped kitchen. Individual bottles of bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion were provided. We enjoyed the rooftop terrazzo with a lovely view of the port and sea. The location couldn't have been better. Easy walk to the bustling port and shopping areas. We look forward to a future stay.”

      Tub was a hazard! Get rid of it! Do not put Senior's in room's with those hazardous tubs! I didn't dare try to get in or out of it! I almost fell getting in and out!!!

      I ordered a deluxe room in the Alexandria tower with a spa bathtub, when I arrived they said they didnt have any rooms like this and that they were all booked up so they gave me a room with 2 beds and a shower whitch I didnt need, not to mention I was given a roomkey that didnt work to a room that was already occupied and I asked to have late cgheckout and they said they were fully booked and that wasn’t possible, I will ot be staying here again especially for the rooms being over 150$ a night

      Had to clean our own room (when checking in at 8PM), was promised it would take money off our bill but it didn’t… instead of saying this to us and offering other forms of compensation, they just let it slide. Staff was friendly enough, though didn’t follow through on arrangements. Pool was rather gross, with large bits of foam from pool toys and no towels for guests. Children screaming in the pool area for a long time after the pool closed. Overall, would not recommend
