      I don't understand why this hostel doesn't have a higher rating. Staff were friendly at check in, the whole place was very clean and my room smelt fresh. Good kitchen and common areas. Breakfast is a basic selection but all you need for the price paid. The location felt very safe and its a 5min walk to many transport options. $1.75 and the TAP app gives you free transfers for 2hrs, so getting anywhere from the hostel is cheap. Public transport from LAX(Metro +210 Bus=$1.75) takes just over an hour. I'd definitely stay again and for longer.

      My bed was noisy and creaky and sagged a bit. Not an issue as newer beds would mean a higher nightly price.
