Great location for our needs. The room and common areas were clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly at check in and check out. I felt welcomed and valued. Breakfast was lovely, and I appreciated the 24/7 coffee. I traveled with two small dogs and really appreciate the reasonable pet fee. I hope other pet parents do too, and do their part to maintain this great hotel by keeping their pets on their best behavior and picking up after them. We really want to visit this location again next year!

I do feel we were booked rather close to other occupied rooms. I would’ve liked a little space since we have dogs and do our best to keep them from barking.

It was so much nicer having separate rooms and being able to hang out around the dining table and in the back yard over coffee. I just wish I had more down time to hang at the house. Will definitely stay here again! Everything was within 10 minutes of our place. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful home.

Senior mother recommended a non-slip shower mat in master bath (note that there was one in guest bath, but I wasn't aware this was a concern until after the fact). All great, really.

Location! Comfortable room. Good Breakfast. My husband and I were there August 14-15. The evening front desk and the next morning front desk ladies were exceptionally nice and accommodating.

First room smelled like musty dog urine. Went to desk to ask for a different room. Was offered a double room instead as it was the only room left they said. That room smelled VERY strongly of WD40 or something like that. Needed a place to stay, my mother was having open heart surgery the next morning at cleveland clinic so went and bought an air freshener spray to try and combat the smell. The bed was visibly sagging in the middle. Fridge was dirty.
