  Everything! Fantastic staff. Good vibes. Love the music everywhere. The complimentary breakfast was great—large, spacious rooms. Sitting areas are awesome. The gaming section was fun. Clean and well-kept. The pool, lazy river, and hot tub are a fabulous bonus. Convenient to Dollywood and all attractions. Free parking is available everywhere. This is definitely our new favorite hotel. We already rebooked for next year!

  If there was one complaint. Which is hard to find. The pillows were way too soft for our taste. Extra pillows are available on request. There are no exhaust fans in the bathroom. But. Turning the A/C to Fan mode and opening the balcony door helps clear it up quickly. That's just being nitpicky.

  Equitable, we waited for the people front desk for over seven minutes my husband put his head in a little office and yelled hello they acted like he was nuts. We waited at the front desk for over 7 min. You could hear them talking in the office. At what point do you take care of the front desk. Leave a note or a bell something!!

  The room was nice and clean, casino area was also clean and staff were nice. I also liked that you could access the other casinos without having to walk outside, since it was 112 degrees outside. I liked the central location to the strip, you could get everywhere by walking.

  The only thing I would complain about is the room didn't have a small refrigerator or microwave. It would have been nice if I could've had cold drinks in the room, or brought back leftovers to eat later.

  The hotel was under renovation, but they kept it clean. We had a renovated room, very clean and spacious, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very buffet-style, and I appreciated that you could take the food back to the room. They had a variety of breakfast options, which was especially good for families with different diet restrictions.

  at first it was a little confusing to find the entrance as it was under renovation so the entrance was changed to the back entry way but once we found the big Entry signs it became easy
