This room came with a small kitchen with a full size stove a small but larger than usual refrigerator and cookware, plates and silver wear. I didn't use them but it was good to know they were available. I had chosen the single King sized bed when I booked. The room was large but cozy, if that makes sense. Everything was aimed at being comfortable.

The guest in the room above me walked heavy with hard heels on their shoes. That I know that is a construction decision. Too late now.

Breakfast was provided each morning, on time and reliable makes it easy for a big family. The pool was nice, wish more trash cans were available instead of just dirty linen for towels. The trash can was located outside of pool gates and did not want to leave small children in pool alone. Some staff were very kind and helpful.

Breakfast should offer trays to make it easier to take food back to rooms for large families with small loud children. Some staff were rude and discourteous, made us get our own extra towels, blankets, pillows, etc from the front desk The lights/ power went off over three times in the hotel room Dishes were not washed properly and saw smudges and stains on dishes in the rooms.

Very nice property in the arts district area. Very convenient to downtown also. Some of the best food we’ve had at a hotel restaurant and a wonderful rooftop bar. Every single staff member we interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the room had plenty of space.

Our room was dirty, the sheets had food and hair in it. We moved rooms, but it wasn't much better. It smelled bad and the pillows and bed was very uncomfortable.
