The suite was well appointed, very clean, couldn't ask for more. Nespresso with pods and condiments, kettle and fully equipped kitchen. Individual bottles of bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion were provided. We enjoyed the rooftop terrazzo with a lovely view of the port and sea. The location couldn't have been better. Easy walk to the bustling port and shopping areas. We look forward to a future stay.”

      Everything was nice and clean. Everybody was very friendly and very inviting. Anything we ever needed from the desk.We got immediately and the price was just out of this world.It was wonderful.We will be booking here again next year

      The only thing I didn't like and I should have looked to see if they had rooms for handicaps or older people with bars in the bathroom would have been very handy for me.As i'm sixty seven years old and could use some bars, I'll have to check into that next time

      Location is excellent. Staff very friendly. Housekeeping thorough. The bathroom was very clean. The towels weren’t great quality but not a deal breaker. Beds were comfortable.

      Doorknob on the bathroom was broken. Looked like it was smashed with a sledgehammer. Reported it but said we could deal with it/ said it needed to be replaced.

      Great staff and customer service. location is a little tricky but not bad. Close to DollyWood. Breakfast was pretty good better than most hotels that offer breakfasts

      The hotel smelled. The lobby had a strong fragrance. And the room smelled almost like mildew it was bad we almost left to find another place. They told me the cleaning crew shampoo the carpets all the time..you can tell, the carpet was still damp ans smelled. staff gave a air freshener to help but it didn't.

      My truck was stolen inside the building, they get in in my truck stole all my documents , passport, drive liscense, 8 thousand in cash and one equipment expensive, It was the worst experience I've ever had in my entire life, I never imagined being robbed inside a gated community, look, I live in Rio de Janeiro and I've never been robbed there. the place is beautiful, but the surroundings are poorly inhabited by drug addicts and thieves
