The property is very clean and has a lot of amenities included. It is also close to Lincoln Road and Española Way. When we got to the reception we were ready to leave our bags with them and wait around until check in. However, and to our surprise, our room was ready and it was only noon. They gave us tickets for happy hour- free drinks, as well as tickets for beach chairs and umbrellas. We went up and our room was pretty big, modern and very clean. We also had partial ocean view. We had lots of fun staying in Marseille!

The property was perfect but be aware that the hotel next door is in construction so it can be a bit noisy.

We actually had Dunkin Donuts... One of the things I look forward to when I visit the hotel.. 😆. We live in New Orleans, and there is not a Dunkin Donuts .. but I can tell you going to sleep in a hotel, no matter how extraordinary it is .. is always lonely.. but waking up at Hard Rock, is warm and welcoming with the sunshine to start a beautiful day! I love staying with you! Can't wait to return.

The pool closes at 8.. we just arrived at 5 and after we got settled in and ate dinner.. we though we might go relax by the pool to end the evening. We got ran off. If check in is at 4.. could the pool stay open until at least 10??

The hotel is located in a SoHo area in DC which is perfect. Plenty of restaurants and shopping.. The hotel is also close to a small mall. There is a Target 3 min away. Downtown DC is 10 minutes away. Location of this hotel is a 10 out of 10.

First off, the hotel is located near another hotel which was the Hampton Inn, strangely enough the other hotel was not the Hampton Inn, but another Hilton. A better renovated Hilton. The hotel we stayed in definitely needed an upgrade. The hallways smelled strange and paint touch ups were needed everywhere. Our room was in desperate need of new carpet and couch. The couch was dirty and the pull bed had a mattress that was 2 inches thick. Not comfortable at all! There was no housekeeping 2 days out of our four day stay. We had to ask for toilet paper 2 times as they don’t provide extras. We bought toilet paper from the nearby Target. We found mold in the bathroom shower. We were told someone would contact us from corporate office and no one ever did. The hotel needs work!! If you decide to stay, use the hotel next door not the Hilton with kitchenettes.
