  I loved the hot tub and pool and easy beach access! The staff were all super friendly and helpful! Room service was amazing as well and kept the room spotless as well as fresh towels, linens, and even little plastic cups for drinking every day! I also love that there is a bus stop right across the street, so if you want to go out for the evening it makes traveling around town very convenient and it drops you back off right I. Front of the hotel! This was our second year in a row staying at the carousel and we will absolutely be back next year! We love it there!

  There is nothing that I don’t like about the carousel. It is the best hotel that I have stayed at in Ocean city! I will continue to stay at the carousel!

  Great location to COTA for the race weekend. VERY comfortable bed, good shower and adequate breakfast (get there early, when it's gone, it's gone). Very good coffee which is not always the case in hotels.

  Quit using the single use, plastic shampoo bottles. Even the fanciest hotels have the dispensers on the wall of the shower.

  When we booked on your website it was supposed to be one set price for a oceanfront room. When we got checked in and into our room it was not a oceanfront room it was a poolside view. I contacted the front about the mistake and they told me that in order to get a oceanfront I would have to pay more. They claimed that what i paid for wasnt oceanfront on their end and It would cost 85 more dollars to move to the room I originally paid for on booking website. I was very very disappointed. Then to make it worse when I went to shower there was no hot water. Literally waited an hour for it to heat up and never got hot. I had to go to bed without a shower. When I woke the next morning to try again it was hot. Not happy at all.

  No public hot tubs Staff unfriiendly. When we checked in he asked for is and cc but never thanked or welcomed us.. He was watering plants near us when we were sitting outside he never spoke to us. When entering for coffee in the morning the woman wowed not look up or say hi until I spoke first. Rude in my opinion!
